🌿 Mother’s House Raffle – Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
This raffle is organised by The Mother’s House Foundation, a non-profit entity supporting the Rooted Ground Fund to secure and protect sacred land at Pelmersheideweg 8, 6005 PK Weert, The Netherlands.
2. Eligibility
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• By entering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and agree to these terms.
• The raffle is open internationally, subject to local laws and restrictions.
3. How to Enter
• Tickets cost €5 each and may be purchased online.
• Participants may buy multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning.
• All proceeds go directly to the Rooted Ground Fund, which supports:
o The purchase and protection of the land where Mother’s House stands.
o Legal and structural safeguards to preserve its purpose.
o Ensuring the space remains in service of healing and community, free from commercial interest.
4. Prizes
There are three prizes to be won:
1st Prize:
🌸 A free space on one of the 3-day retreats at Mother’s House, including a private room worth €1199

2nd Prize:
🌕 Lifetime access to our monthly online integration, meditation & breathwork circles
(Value: €15 per session, held monthly)
3rd Prize:
🌿 A Surprise Jungle Gift Box
Curated with love from sacred lands, valued at €50
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Draw & Announcement
• The raffle will close on Sunday 4th May 2025 at 11:59 PM CET.
• Winners will be drawn and announced on Monday 5th May 2025.
• Winners will be contacted via email and/or announced on our official channels.
6. Licence & Compliance
This raffle is run in accordance with relevant UK and international laws for charitable fundraising. Please note that due to its online nature, it may fall under UK Gambling Commission regulations. We are committed to operating this fundraiser legally and ethically.
