Article 1 – Name and Registered Office
1. The foundation bears the name Foundation Mother’s House.
2. The foundation is established in Weert.
Article 2 – Purpose
1. The foundation has the following objectives:
a. To make healing and transformation accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or financial situation, through holistic approaches, innovative therapies, and transpersonal psychology.
b. To train individuals in techniques and approaches for healing and transformation, combining indigenous knowledge and Western medicine.
c. To acquire and manage a location for training, retreats, and other activities focused on healing and personal growth.
d. To support people in the final stages of life (palliative care) by providing guidance in dealing with the fear of death, life reflection, and offering peace and relief during the process of letting go. This includes supporting individuals with euthanasia requests, focusing on understanding, acceptance, and peace.
e. To raise funds through various financing sources to ensure and expand the foundation’s activities, such as accessibility to transformation and education.
2. The foundation aims to achieve its objectives through, among other things:
a. Organizing retreats, workshops, and seminars that offer various methods and techniques for personal transformation and healing.
b. Developing and offering training programs for professionals and interested individuals in holistic health, integrating indigenous traditions with Western scientific insights.
c. Creating specific programs and safe spaces for people in the final stages of life, individuals with severe trauma (e.g., war veterans), focusing on spiritual, emotional, and physical support.
d. Securing a suitable location for the foundation, where retreats and educational programs can take place, emphasizing an environment that fosters participants’ well-being and growth.
e. Organizing worldwide fundraising activities, including donation campaigns, grants, partnerships, and other innovative funding methods to support and sustain the foundation’s mission.
f. Collaborating with organizations, experts, and communities that support the foundation’s mission and help bridge the gap between indigenous traditions and modern healthcare.
